Dear Pierre,

I stumbled on your/Jundo's internet Zazenkai by mistake after going to the site to sit some e-Zazen. I'm sorry, but I had to leave after the first period of zazen and before your talk.

I'm interested in your statement regarding zazen and Alexander Technique in your profile. Have you written about this anywhere (I only read English I'm afraid)? Is how you teach zazen informed by this?

Dear Harry,

Thanks for dropping a line. I don t teach zazen. i just sit. When I met Mike Cross, my sitting was a mess. It is still but a few things changed ( Although he would disagree, say I am a fraud, that he disowns me as a Dhrama heir blablabla...).
All I can say is that Alexander Technique is the most valuable treasure for those who want to sit.
Please, invistigate further and do have lessons.

Good luck
