Philip's poem

The beloved Philip Whalen (1923-2002), Zen priest and Beat poet wrote:

Cherry trees will blossom every year
But I'll disappear for good
One of these days

This is Taigu's respectful answer:

You and I disappear every moment
and reappear
as blossoms

Winter wren hopping
fast from fir limb to fir limb.
Yellow dog squats to piss.
