With Betsy

A picture taken a few months ago. Standing in front of Gingakuji with Betsy Sterling. She is the well known fiber artist that made the beautiful millenium kesas. A wonderful moment shared with her and her friend. The kesa is always open on all things, the kesa is all things opening, robe and rags of zazen.

I am not sure I am worthy of your admiration. But thank you anyway for your kindness and being an invisible yet faithful companion in this life.

Dear Nina,

Not always serene, far from it. A chaotic, passionate; messy and troubled life that I gradually learn to accept and appreciate.

Love

so good to "see" you Pierre :D
I have seen some of Betsy's work, really quite fantastic. I know how fond you are of the making and history of the Kesa, i am sure it was a real delight for you to meet each other.
